Excellent location, but lacks polish
The hotel's central location made it easy for us to stroll to Cadiz's beautiful beaches and local attractions. The breakfast offered a good spread, including fresh fruits and pastries. Our spacious family room was appreciated, with room to move around.

The views from the rooftop, where the pool is. The breakfast buffet is very complete, good coffee from a well known brand of capsules, very varied everything you can choose, fruit, types of bread, they make you an omelette, scrambled eggs or whatever you order in the kitchen, natural orange juice that you can make on the spot. The staff is very attentive if you need help or if you have finished a product.
The only problem I can put is that in the room there is a menu but one day we went down to the bar to eat there and they told us that they did not have a kitchen and that they were prepared dishes (frozen), they took away the idea of eating there. I didn't really understand why they offer that service when the kitchen only seems to be open for breakfast. If there is no possibility of having an open kitchen they could modify the menu with products such as salads, sandwiches or portions of sausages and cheese.

My partner and I were there from May 10th to 14th. The SPA of the hotel was very good and very recommendable, to put a but to the SPA, the massages a little expensive (about 65 Euros by person) but the certain thing is that they were very relaxing. The location of the perfect hotel, is in the historic center at a stone's throw from everything.
First of all the air conditioning: when we arrived at the hotel room it was very cold, we tried to put the heating on to raise the temperature and it was not possible. We told the reception and a maintenance person came up to explain to us that the hotel's air conditioning system only allows cold or heat for all the rooms and that since the good weather had already started the whole hotel was in cold mode so it was not possible to put the heating on to warm the room a little. We don't think it's acceptable that a 4 star hotel at 140 euros a night doesn't allow you to regulate the temperature of the room as you please. Secondly the soundproofing: the hotel has a big central patio (with tables and chairs for the clients who want to take something from the cafeteria or just rest) and several rooms (among them ours) overlook that central patio and noise from the room is annoying both in the early morning when you can hear people leaving the hotel for excursions and in the afternoon (at siesta time) when you can hear people sitting at the tables having a drink. in order to finish fixing the issue of noise, in the afternoon the ladies of the neighborhood meet in the central patio to play Parcheesi, so there we find three tables of ladies playing Parcheesi and talking loudly among themselves. I repeat in a 4 star hotel at 140 euros a night, as if it were Uncle Manolo's tavern.

Other than main reception area the public areas were very bland and unwelcoming. The roof top pool area was unattractive and not well maintained.

Was not a 4 star hotel. Charged for internet and poolside towels. The hotel itself felt quite tired - in need of fresh paint and a good scrub!

The pool and spa charges seem excessive!!! Rooms feel outdated with scuffed walls and poor lighting!!! Check-in process could use clearer communication about reservations!!! Wi-Fi speed leaves much to be desired!!!

Location of the hotel is great. Rooms are of decent size and comfortable. Cadiz hotels can be quite noisy but this one was not.

I loved the spa voucher they gave me, but the room was poorly lit with no windows.

Very good room, with a super comfortable and very wide litter. Excellent location, right in the center, next to everything, shops, bars.. Super attentive staff and always trying to help. They made my stay very easy. I'll be back
That it was not adapted to people with reduced mobility and for older people. The swimming pool, without adaptation and complicated, since it is at 2 heights. The pool is on the 6th floor of another building, which is inside the hotel, you have to climb 7 steps a little steep and there is the pool, which showers are on the other side of the pool and you have to go down the steps outside and go around the pool, climb another 7 steps and there are the showers. And then you have to go through the pool or go around the pool again, and go up 9 steps, the steps are raised (like a spiral) for the hammocks. The stairs are a bit dangerous.

Totally recommend for a brief stopover
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the central location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner, making it easy to explore the area on foot and enjoy delicious local cuisine.
Don't have any issues at all.
